1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. quick oatmeal
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt

1/2 c. water
1/2 c. sugar
1 pkg. dates

Directions:
Mix well. Roll thin, cut, and bake. Bake at 325° for 8 minutes, or until done.
Filling: Boil ingredients until smooth and thick.
Place filling between 2 cookies just before serving.
