Ingredients:
Ingredients:
· 1 loaf of French Bread
· 1 stick of butter (8 tablespoons)
· 2-3 cloves of garlic (either pressed through a garlic press or mashed to a puree)
· ¼ - ½ cup finely chopped fresh dill
· ¼- ½ cup freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano

Directions:
Directions:
1) Preheat Oven to 375
2) Slice bread lengthwise; Melt butter in a small skillet, add garlic and gently heat through- about 2-3 minutes
3) Bruch the melted butter generously on the cut sides of the bread halves (alternatively sometimes I put the bread, cut side down directly in the skillet and swirl it around to let it soak up the butter and then make sure the garlic is evenly distributed with the brush)
4) Sprinkle on the dill and the cheese
5) Bake until golden and very hot- about 8 minutes (depending on your oven). Cut each half cross-wise into about 2-inch slices and serve immediately.
