1 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup milk
2 Tbsp orange juice
1/2 cup soft butter
1 egg
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
3 cups flour
1/2- 2 cups dried cranberries (craisins)
1 cup chopped walnuts.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Grease cookie sheets.

Cream sugars and butter. Beat orange juice, milk & egg into creamed mixture.

Blend dry ingredients together. Slowly Blend dry ingredients into wet ingredients.

Stir in nuts and craisins.

Drop by teaspoon onto cookie sheets. Bake till edges are golden browned, 10-15 minutes. Cool on pan for 1 minute then remove to cooling rack.

Substitute blueberry craisins for different taste
