1/2 C butter
1 C brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 C flour
3/4 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 C sour cream
1 3/4 C salted, whole cashews

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla and beat thoroughly. Add sifted dry ingredients alternately with sour cream, mixing well after each addition. Stir in cashews. Drop from a teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 400º about 10 minutes or until delicately browned.
