1 lb pork sausage
1 cup celery, diced
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
7 cups croutons
1 tsp poultry seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Fry onions in butter; add celery until tender. Brown pork sausage. Warm soup and milk together. Sprinkle seasoning over bread crumbs/croutons. Mix altogether in a bowl and add to casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
