Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
3 sprigs of garlic chopped very fine
1 onion- chopped
1 green pepper - chopped
1lb ground hamburg
1 can of tomato paste
2 cans of kitchen ready tomatoes (ground peeled)
1 tsp of sugar
1 small can sliced mushrooms
Oregano, salt, pepper, parsley - to taste
Optional: pork fat for sautéing

Directions:

Cover bottom of sauce pan with oil.
Simmer the garlic, onion & green pepper until tender.
Add hamburg.
Once browned add tomato paste.
Mix and let simmer for 5 minutes.
Add tomatoes, mushrooms, sugar, oregano, salt, pepper, parsley.
Let simmer for 30 minutes.
