1lb. Elbow Macaroni-cooked until firm
1 Egg
1/2 quart of Half & Half
Salt & Pepper- to taste
1/2 cup Parmesan - grated
1 1/2 package of Cheddar - shredded
1 1/12 package of Velveeta
Bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
In a blender, blend egg, half & half, parmesan, cheddar cheese & salt/pepper.
The mixture should come to the top of the blender, if not add more half & half or milk.
Layer the following in a baking pan:
Macaroni
Velveeta
Blender mixture
The top layer should be cheese.
Cover top layer with bread crumbs and back in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for about an hour or until hot & cheese is melted.

Add stewed tomatoes as a layer if desired. Also, You can use whatever cheese you have on hand.
