5 1/2 C. flour
2 tsp. salt
5 1/2 tsp. gluten
1 pkg. yeast
1/4 C. canola oil
1/4 C. honey
1 1/2 C. warm water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients in bread machine or by hand (if using bread machine, put liquids in first, then salt and flour, then yeasts and gluten on top).
2. Knead it and then pull plug.
3. Remove dough ball. (dough ball should be smooth and uniform, add more flour a little at a time if too wet and knead until smooth uniform ball).
4. Divide in two.
5. Shape and put in greased loaf pans.
6. Rise in warm oven covered with a damp towel and with a cake pan of warm water in oven.
7. Rise about 45 minutes- 1 hr.
8. Bake at 325º for 30 minutes.
9. Turn out of pans.
