1/2 cup butter
3/4 +1/8 cup sugar
1 egg
2c flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4tsp salt
1/8 c water
1/3+ toasted sesame seeds
If using Self rising flour omit-salt and baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter,sugar and eggs til fluffy. Stir in 1/2 of the sesame seeds. Blend dry ingredients; add alternately with water to sugar mixture. Chill until stiff enough to roll, 1-2 hours.
Heat oven to 350º®™Roll dough on lightly floured board into a rectangle 1/8" thick.
Cut dough into strips approx 21/2 x 3/4". Press one entire side of each strip into dish containg remainder of seeds. Loop one end over at a right angle to the other, making a bow-knot effect. Place on lightly greased cookie sheet-bake 8-10 min or until lightly browned.
