2 and 1/2 C all - purpose flour
1 tsp vanilla
1 and 1/2 C chopped toffee pieces ( or bag of toffee chips)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 C unsalted butter, softened
1 and 1/2 C sugar
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour salt and baking soda
Cream butter until fluffy. Add sugar and beat until light and fluffy.
Beat in eggs one at a time and vanilla
Alternately mix in Heath bar chips and flour mixture, 1/3 at a time
Chill 30 minutes - 1 hour
Preheat oven to 350º
On cookie sheets lined with parchment paper
spoon out cookie batter in 1 inch diameter balls
Leave space between because cookies will spread

Bake 10-12 minutes until edges are just starting to brown
