2Cups all purpose flour Frosting
2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 Cup butter
1/2 tsp. salt 3 - 5 Tbsp. eggnog
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg, plus more for topping 1/2 tsp. rum extract
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon 3 Cups powdered sugar
3/4 Cup unsalted butter @ room temp
1/2 Cup granulated sugar
1/2 Cup light brown sugar packed
2 Large egg yolks
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 tsp. Rum extract
1/2 Cup eggnog (not low fat)

Preheat 350 º in bowl whisk flour, baking powder, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon for 30 seconds. Set aside. In mixer bowl with paddle whip butter & sugars until pale & fluffy. Mix in yolks 1 at a time. Mix in vanilla, rum and eggnog. With mixer on low slowly add dry ingredients mix just until combined. Scoop dough out by heaping Tbsp. and drop onto parchment paper lined cookie sheet; spacing 2 in. apart. Bake 11 - 13 mins. Cool on wire rack then frost & sprinkle with nutmeg.

Frosting:
In mixer bowl w/ paddle attachment whip butter until pale & fluffy. Add 3 Tbsp. eggnog & mix in powdered sugar. Add additional eggnog to desired consistency.
