2ž cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons bakėng powder
1 - 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
― cup unsalted butter, softened
1― cups granulated sugar
1 tablespoon vanėlla
― teaspoon salt
1 large egg plus 1 large egg yolk
1 cup powdered sugar, for rollėng & dustėng cookėes

In a medium bowl, whisk together flour and baking powder until well blended. Set aside.

Cream together cream cheese an butter until well blended. Beat in sugar, vanilla and salt, mix until well combined and light and fluffy. Add egg and yolk, beat, on medium speed, until creamy and light.

On low speed, gradually add flour mixture. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 325š.

Roll into 1 inch balls then roll in powdered sugar. (Do not flatten.)

Bake about 14 minutes. If the top starts to brown then they are over cooked.

Allow to sit on the tray about 5 minutes before removing to parchment paper.
