Ingredients:  
1.5 c. flaked sweetened coconut
1 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. butter melted
1 oz of melted chocolate (I used nutella)
Whole almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Mix coconut, sugar and butter until all the ingredients are well
blended. Roll into 1" ball and then carefully press an indentation into
the center (it may crumble so you will have to almost grip it in your
hand to keep it together), top with chocolate and press 1 almond in the
chocolate...but on a waxed paper cookie sheet and then into the fridge
for 30 minutes.
