Peanut Butter
Melting Chocolate

Directions:
Directions:
1. Make peanut butter sandwiches with two Ritz Crackers and peanut butter.
2. Fill the bottom portion of a double boiler with water. Make sure when you place the top portion on the water doesn't touch the bottom. Bring the water to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low so that the water is simmering.
3. Place the top portion of the double boiler over the simmering water. Add the melting chocolate and melt, stirring with a rubber spatula.
4. Dip Ritz sandwiches in chocolate completely covering, shake off excess chocolate by tapping on edge of bowl.
5. Place on cookie sheet with parchment. You can place in freezer until the cookie are frozen and chocolate is dry.

As the youngest child with no money for Christmas presents this is what I gave to all of you for Christmas for a few years. What you don't know is one year I stored the sheets of cookies under my bed and mice got to them. Don't worry I was able to save the ones without bites in them and gave those to you all hahahah
