Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 cups sifted flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 teaspoons baking powder
2 eggs well beaten added to 1 1/3 cup milk
2 tablespoons melted oleo
1teaspoon sugar

I have used pioneer biscuit and baking mix and it is hard to tell one from the other.
If you use the mix:
1 package (6oz size) Pioneer mix
1 egg beaten smooth added to 1 cup milk
2 tablespoons melted oleo
1 teaspoon sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Sift all dry ingredients, add milk/egg, beat until smooth (it will have some small lumps) add oleo.

Bake on ungreased griddle or non-stick frying pan until bubbles form - turn for about three minutes.

If you use Pioneer mix:

Put egg/milk in a bowl, add Pioneer mix and beat until fairly smooth (it will have some lumps) Stir in oleo. Cook as above.

Personal Notes:
This recipe was sent to Cory and Cody after Gramere visited them and made
pancakes. It was later given to Summer because all grandchildren need to know how to make Gramere's pancakes!
