1 cup butter, softened
¾ sugar
¾ brown sugar
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 t vanilla
1 egg
2 ¼ cups flour
1 t baking soda
1 t salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 350º.
Beat butter and sugars together with a mixer until smooth. Add cream cheese and continue mixing until all lumps are gone. Add vanilla and egg. Continue to mix. Slowly add flour a little at a time. Add baking soda and salt. Mix well, but not too much. Turn off mixer and add chocolate chips, folding in with a large spoon. Scoop cookie dough by rounded tablespoon onto a cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Bake for 9-11 minutes. Cool on a rack and keep refrigerated. They are really good cold!
