⅔ cup margarine or butter
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 egg
¾ cup sugar
1 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat margarine with electic mixer on medium to high speed for 30 seconds. Add half of the flour, the egg, sugar, milk, baking powder and vanilla. Beat till thoroughly combined. Beat in remaining flour. Divide dough in half, cover, chill for 3 hours. Roll out, cut into shapes. Bake at 375º for 7 to 8 minutes.
