2 Egg Whites
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1/8 Teaspoon of Tartar
3/4 Cup Sugar
1/4 Teaspoon Almond Extract
1/2 Cup Chuck Style Peanut Butter
2 Cup Rice Chex Crushed to 1 Cup

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to moderate 375º.
Beat egg whites and salt until foamy.
Add cream of tartar.
Gradually add sugar; beat until thoroughly blended.
Blend in Almond extract and peanut butter.
Stir in Chex crumbs.
Drop from teaspoon onto butter cookie sheet.
