Ingredients:  
1 1/2 pound hamburger
1 small chopped onion
1 egg
salt and pepper to taste
1 packet of Lipton soup mix
1 cup oatmeal

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together. Put in loaf pan or cast iron skillet and bake at 350 degrees for about 45-55 minutes.

Coco~ This was the first time I ever had meatloaf and I loved it.

Erin~ Both Kyle and Coco love meatloaf and would ask me to make it. I didn’t make it too often because I hate meatloaf. Instead of using oatmeal I would use crushed saltine crackers. Also no onion.
