1 c. margarine
½ c. butter
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
3 c. sugar
6 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300º. Grease and flour a tube pan.

Cream margarine, butter, and cream cheese. Add sugar and beat well. Add two eggs and beat until fluffy. Add flour and remaining eggs alternately, beating well after each. Stir in vanilla.

Pour into prepared pan.

Bake for 90 minutes, until when knife inserted comes out clean. Place on rack to cool for 15 minutes, turn onto rack to finish cooling. Makes an amazing strawberry "shortcake"!
