8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
1 stick butter, room temperature
1 egg
1 t vanilla
18 oz box chocolate cake mix
confectioners sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º In large bowl with electric mixer, cream butter and cream cheese until smooth. Beat in the eggs, the the vanilla. Next, beat in the cake mix. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours to firm up batter. Roll chilled batter into tablespoon size balls and then roll them in confectioner's sugar.

Place on ungreased cookie sheet 2 inches apart. Bake 12 minutes. Cool completely and dust with more confectioner's sugar. Cookies will remain soft and gooey.
