¾ C. Bisquick
1 C. milk
1 C. cottage cheese
8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese,cut onto about ½ -in. cubes
1 package (3-oz.) cream cheese,cut into about ¼ -in. cubes
1 package (2-oz.) smoked sliced ham, chopped
¼ tsp. salt

Directions:

Heat oven to 350-F. Lightly grease a 2-qt. round casserole. Beat eggs with a hand
beater. Beat in baking mix and milk until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients;
pour into casserole. Bake until knife inserted near center comes out clean, 50 to
55-min. Let stand 10-min. before serving.
