1 c. butter
½ c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
½ c. crushed potato chips
½ c. chopped pecans
2 c. flour

Makes 2.5 dozen

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Cream butter, sugar, and vanilla. Add chips and pecans, stir in flour. Form dough into tablespoon size balls. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet and flatten balls with a glass dipped in sugar. Bake for 16-18 min or just beginning to brown.
