2 Sticks Butter (softened)
1 Cup Dark Brown Sugar
2 Jumbo Eggs
1½ Cup Oats (Quaker 1 Min.)
2 Cups Self Rising Flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda
½ tsp. Salt
6 to 8 Oz. Dried Cranberries
1 Cup Pecans (chopped)
1 Cup Chocolate Chips (white or dark)

Pre heat oven to 350º. In a large bowl, sift together all dry ingredients. In a mixing bowl, beat butter & sugar until light & fluffy. Add eggs & mix well. Add dry ingredients in several additions. Add oats & mix well. Stir in Cranberries & chocolate chips & nuts. Drop by spoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 min. or until golden brown. Let cool on baking rack. Makes 2½ Doz.
