1 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp cloves
1 cup light brown sugar
1 cup uncooked oats
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup oil (vegetable, canola, etc)
1/3 cup milk-any type
1 cup pumpkin

Directions:
Directions:
Place dry ingredients into a bowl. Stir in the sugar and oats.
Add beaten egg, oil, and milk and stir just until dry ingredients are moistened. Blend in the pumpkin.

Pour batter into loaf pan.
Bake 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes.
These can be made in smaller loaf pans-adjust the baking time for smaller loaves.
Remove from pan when cool.
