2/3 cup salted butter, softened
2/3 cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
11/2 tsp salt
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.

2. In the bowl of a stand mixer, beat together the butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Mix in the eggs one at a time until full combined.

3. in a separate bowl, mix together the oats, flour, baking soda and salt.

4. Slowly mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until fully incorporated.

5. Fold in the cranberries and chocolate chips.

6. Using a medium cookie scoop, scoop the dough onto a greased cookie sheet and bake in the preheated oven fo 10-12 minutes.

7. Remove from the oven and let sit on the cookie sheet for around 2 minutes, then transfer to wire racks to cool completely..
