1 C Butter (2 sticks)
1 C White Sugar
1 C Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
2 C Flour
1 tsp Baking soda
1 tap Salt
1 C Shredded coconut
1 Bag (12 oz) Chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk chocolate)
2 C Oatmeal
1 C Chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º
2. Cream butter and sugars on medium speed until smooth
3. Add eggs and vanilla, mix for another 5 minutes
4. Add dry ingredients mixing on low speed
5. Scoop dough and chill on baking bake for 30 minutes
6. Bake 11-12 minutes
7. Cool on cooling rack
