1 C Butter (softened)
1 C Creamy Peanut Butter
1 C Brown Sugar
1 C White Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
3½ C Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
½ tsp Salt
24 Mini Snicker Candy Bars
Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 300º
2. In large bowl mix together butter, peanut butter and sugars until light and fluffy
3. Add eggs and vanilla - combine
4. Mix in flour, baking soda and salt
5. Cover and chill dough for 2-3 hours
6. To form cookies, scoop a tbsp of chilled dough and flatten
7. Place Snickers in the center and form dough onto a ball around the candy bar
8. Place on greased cookie sheet
9. Bake 10-15 minutes - halfway take a small spatula and press down lightly on the cookies to flatten a little bit
10. Cool on rack
