Marinate
2 packages dry onion soup mix
1/2 cup of sugar
2 cups of ketchep
1 cup salad oil
4 tablespoons prepared mustard
1 teaspoons salt
Several dashes of hot pepper sauce

Skewers- if using wooden soak in water before using

1 lb round steak cut into cubes
1-2 canned potatoes
Vegetables cut into 1 inch or so pieced

red, yellow peppers, onions, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, zucchini

Directions:

Marinate
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes

Cool completely

Add meat and potato's to marinate let sit in refrigerator 2-3 hours

Thread vegetables on skewers
Thread meat on skewers

Barbecue or broil, brushing with remaining marinade.

This was always a huge hit at Park family get togethers when Dad and I were dating. I remember making it for your Grandpa and Grandma Hubbard one time. Grandma Hubbard said, "its fine not something I would ever make". :)
