¾ Pound of Beef

¾ Pound of Pork

1 Egg

½ Cup Italian Breadcrumbs

½ tsp. Pepper

¼ tsp. Salt

1 Cup Flour

2 tbsp. Butter

1 Can Mushroom Soup
Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix beef, pork, egg, breadcrumbs, pepper, and, salt

2. Shape Meatballs

3. Roll Meatballs in Flour

4. Brown Meatballs Butter

5. Add Meatballs to Mushroom Soup

6. Bake at 325º for 1½ Hours
