1 Cup Peanut butter
1 Egg
1 Cup Sugar

Directions:
Turn oven to 450º(f) before making the dough.

No need to separate dry and wet ingredients. Mix together until a smooth consistency.

Lightly grease a large cookie sheet with whatever oil is preferred. I prefer coconut oil because it compliments the sweetness of the cookies and leaves a better flavor.

Using whatever method you'd like, whether by spoon or ice cream scoop, etc., form same size balls of the dough. Roll them between your hands, ensuring there are little to no cracks or lines on the outside. This helps to prevent cracking while baking.

Place them evenly on cookie sheet. There should only be about 12 cookies on each sheet so they have room to spread while baking.

Use a fork to score each cookie in a criss cross pattern, in typical peanut butter cookie fashion.

(Optional) Lightly press your thumb in the center of the dough, and fill with jelly, Hershey Kisses, or whatever topping you enjoy.

Bake in oven for approximately 6 minutes, and check to see if golden brown. They will appear to be slightly underdone when they're ready, still attaining the golden brown color. If not ready, continue to check with 2 minute intervals until done.
