3/4 cups butter, softened
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 egg
2 TBSP water
2 TSP vanilla extract
3/4 TSP baking soda
1 TSP ground cinnamon (optional)
1/2 cups flour
4 cups oats
1 cup chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350*F and line two cookie sheets with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl mix brown sugar, and butter until smooth.
3. Add in egg, vanilla, water, baking soda, cinnamon (optional) and mix until smooth.
4. Add flour and mix until combined.
5. Fold in oats and chocolate chips.
6. Place on cookie sheet, about 1 heaping TBSP per cookie. Flatten with a fork.
7. Bake for 13 minutes, or until edges are golden brown.
