2 C. Persimmon pulp
1 T. Rum flavor
2 T. Melted butter
¾ t. Salt
1½ C. Brown sugar
1½ C. Buttermilk
2 Eggs
1 t. Baking soda
1 t. Cinnamon
1 C. Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients until well combined. Pour into large, greased baking dish (12"x16.5"). Bake at º350 F for 25 to 30 minutes, or until set. Cool for at least 1 hour before serving.
