1C Cold butter
1C Brown Sugar
1/2C White Sugar
2 Eggs
1tsp Vanilla
1tsp Corn Starch
3/4tsp Salt
3/4tsp Baking soda
3C Flour
2C Chocolate Chips
1C Chocolate Chunks
Directions:
Directions:
In a mixer cream Butter and both Sugars until light and fluffy
add in eggs and mix until combined
add vanilla, corn starch, salt, and baking soda and mix until combined
add flour in 2 batches and mix until dough in formed.
mix in the chocolate chips just until fully incorporated.
using a 6oz scoop the dough onto a parchment lined cookie sheet
bake for 10-12 minutes at 400ºF
