1 ¾ c. Flour
½ tsp. Baking Powder
½ tsp. Salt
¾ c. Butter (softened)
⅔ c. Sugar (plus extra for rolling)
1 Egg
1 tsp. Vanilla
⅓ c. Jam
Directions:
Directions:
-Preheat oven to 350º
-Mix together all ingredient, except for the jam
-Once mixed roll into small 1½ thick balls
-Place on cookie sheet and press thumb into cookie.
-Add a dab of jam on each thumb print and bake until golden brown.
