Directions:
In a large bowl, combine melted butter, sugar, salt, eggs, and 1 cup of warm water and whisk together.
Add additional cup of water. This mixture should be warm but not hot (110 to 115 deg F, over 120 deg and yeast will begin to die, 140 deg will completely kill the yeast). Add yeast and gently whisk until yeast is dissolved.

Add 3 cups of flour and mix well using dough hooks on hand or stand mixer, add additional flour ½ to 1 cup at a time.
Once all flour has been added and well combined, cover bowl with a towel or plastic wrap and let stand in warm place until double. Punch down. Preheat oven to 350.

Divide dough in half.
Form into loaf and place each in a greased loaf pan.
Cover with towel and let rise til doubled.
Bake at 350 for 25-28 minutes until lightly browned.
Baking time will vary
