Frosted pumpkin cookies
2 cups softened butter
2 cups sugar
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1 15 ounce can of pumpkin
4 cups flour

Frosting
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
3-4 cups powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl, beat the 2 cups of butter with a mixer. Mix the sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Beat until combined. Beat in eggs and the 2 tsp vanilla. Beat in pumpkin. Beat in as much flour as you can and then use a spoon to mix in the rest.

Drop dough on a cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 mins.

Frosting:
In a small sauce pan, heat 1/2 cup butter and brown sugar til smooth and melted. Transfer to a medium bowl. Stir in milk and vanilla. Beat in powdered sugar until smooth
