4 1/4 c flour
2 T cornstarch
2 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
2 sticks butter
1/2 c shortening
1 1/2 c brown sugar
2 eggs
1 T vanilla
12 oz chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cookies. Scoop into 24 balls, place on parchment lined pan and freeze. Move frozen cookie balls into ziploc bag and store in freezer till needed.

To bake: Heat oven to 350º Line cookie cheet with parchment, place cookies 2" apart and bake 15 minutes. Cool on rack.
