1 cup chopped, cold butter
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup white sugar
2 eggs
½ teaspoon cornstarch
¾ teaspoon salt
¾ teaspoon baking soda
3 cups flour
3 cups chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat over to 410 degrees.
2. Mix butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until combined.
3. Add eggs and mix.
4. Add cornstarch, salt, baking soda, and flour and mix until dough forms.
5. Knead in 3 cups chocolate chips.
6. Divide dough into 8 parts.
7. Place each part onto a greased cookie sheet.
8. Bake 9-12 minutes.

Lennox made these cookies for us, and they were the absolute best. She uses the stand mixer, which makes mixing the dough easier, but you could use a hand mixer also. These freeze well if anyone has the self discipline to leave any uneaten.
