Base:
1 package Devil's food or dark chocolate cake mix
1/3 c. butter
1 egg

Topping:
1- 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1-1/4 c. coconut
1/2 c. semi sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease 9x13 pan. Put base ingredients in mixer at highest speed and mix until crumbly. Press firmly in a pan.

Beat condensed milk, vanilla and egg until blended. Stir in 1 cup coconut and chips. Spread over base. Sprinkle remaining 1/4 c. of coconut over the top. Bake for 30-40 minutes until golden brown. Center may appear loose but will set upon cooling.

Cool completely and cut into bars.
