Cookie:
½ butter
½ c crisco
2 c brown sugar
2 c flour
2 eggs
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
2 cups quick oats
1 tsp vanilla
Filling:
1 - 8 ounce cream cheese
1 - 8 ounce cool whip
2 cups powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all cookie ingredients and refrigerate. Mix filling and beat until smooth while dough chills. Bake 1 inch cookies at 350º for 6 - 8 minutes. Cookies need to cool before filling. Store in refrigerator.

The dough will be dry. The recipe says to spoon dip the dough onto the cookie sheet but I use my hands to form the dough into a cookie.
