1 cup butter, softened
¾ cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 small box vanilla instant pudding
2 eggs
2¼ cups flour
1 tsp soda
1 package chocolate chips

Mix all ingredients together and press into 9X13 pan. Bake 350º for 20 min. Do not overbake.
