1 package of boneless chicken breast trimmed, sliced, and tenderized (with a mallet)
1 cup of Marsala wine
1 cup chicken stock
1 cup flour
1 container of mushrooms washed & sliced
1 onion sliced
1 bushel of fresh parsley chopped (or decent shakes of dried)
1 tsp thyme
Salt & pepper to taste
4 tbsp oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. Put flour, salt & pepper in plastic bag with chicken and shake until thoroughly coated
2. Heat up oil in cast iron skillet on high and fry up chicken until golden brown, set aside
3. In same pan, saute onions with more oil if needed, once transparent add mushrooms thyme and Marsala wine & chicken stock
4. Add chicken to a baking dish, and pour Marsala mixture on top
5. Bake in 350º oven until Burlington
6. When don't add parsley on top
