2 cups crushed pretzels
1½ sticks butter (melt in 9X13 pan)
1 (8oz.) cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 tub cool whip
1½ cup pineapple juice
2 (3oz.) strawberry jello
2 small boxes of frozen strawberries in syrup

Directions:
Melt butter in 9X13 pan. Coat pretzels well and spread to make crust. Bake 400º for 10 min. Cool well to room temp. Beat cream cheese and sugar. Fold in cool whip. Spread over crust ( if both crust and cream cheese mixture are not room temp, it will not spread smoothly) Heat pineapple juice to boil and stir in jello until dissolved. Stir in 2 small boxes of frozen strawberries. Stir till partially set and pour over cream mixture. Let sit in fridge overnight.
