½ cup sugar
⅔ square butter
1 egg
1 pint whip cream sweetened with powdered sugar and vanilla
1 cup crushed pineapple, well drained
½ cup nuts
Vanilla wafers
Coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add the yoke of the egg, and mix well. Add nuts, and well-drained pineapple. Mix well. Beat egg whites and fold into mixture, put filling between 4 vanilla wafers, holding wafers with fingers, molding cream all around cookies. Sprinkle with coconut. Refrigerator over nite.

(Margarine may be used in place of butter and dessert topping mix such as Dream Whip may be used in place of cream.)
