1 cup butter
2 cups whole wheat flour
2 t salt
2/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup molasses
1 cup boiling water
2 pkgs. yeast
1 cup warm water with 1 t sugar
2 eggs
1 cup warm/scalded milk
6 1/2 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the first 5 ingredients
Pour boiling water over it
Soften yeast with warm water in a separate bowl
Add eggs and yeast mixture
Combine
Add milk
When combined stir in about 6 1/2 cups of flour until a stiff dough
Let rest 10 minutes
Knead well
Let rise twice
Make into rolls
Bake 375º for 15 minutes
