2 eggs
3 cups buttermilk
1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup oatmeal
2 t soda
1/4 oil
1 t salt

Combine oatmeal and buttermilk and let sit for 5 minutes
Add the rest of the ingredients
Do not overmix
Cook on greased pan- the top will bubble and edges will start to look dry
Flip and brown other side
