1 box of lemon jello ¾ cup salad oil
1 cup of boiling water 4 eggs
1 box yellow cake mix 1 tsp lemon extract
Directions:
Directions:
Pour the boiling water into the lemon jello in a small bowl. Mix until dissolved, then cool.
Turn cake mix into large bowl of mixer, and add the oil, beating at moderate speed,
Add the eggs one at a time, beating after each add lemon extract and then the cooled
Jello. Bake in a 9x13 greased pan at 350 for 35 min. Remove from oven and poke
Holes all over the cake. Mix 1 cup of powdered sugar and the juice of 1 or 2 lemons .
Makes a glaze. Pour this over the top of the warm cake. It will seal the holes and
Seep thru the cake.
