Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Butter or Margarine sliced into pieces
1/4 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1/2 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter
1 tsp. Vanilla
3 Cups Quick-Cooking Oats

*** Before you get started making the cookies, I suggest getting all of your ingredients ready and measuring them out. This will make the process go much smoother, and the quicker you get everything combined after the mixture has boiled the better the cookies will turn out.

Directions:
Directions:
Bring to a rolling boil Sugar, Butter, Cocoa and Milk.

Once the mixture comes to a rolling boil, boil for 1 minute. *** TIMING IS THE KEY*** Wait until the mixture is at a rolling boil, then set your timer for exactly 60 seconds. Do not overboil or your no-bake cookies will turn out dry and if you don't boil it long enough they won't set properly.

Once the timer goes off, remove from heat and add Peanut Butter and Vanilla until smooth. Add Rolled Oats and stir until all oats are covered by mixture.

Spoon by teaspoons onto waxed paper and let cool to set.
