1 c. Peanut Butter
1 c. Sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. baking soda
optional: Chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
1) Mix the first 4 ingredients together in a bowl.
2) Roll the mixture into little balls and place on an ungreased cookie sheet
3) Smash with the bottom of a glass dipped in sugar. Then, dip the glass in sugar again to add a light dusting on top of cookies.
4) Make imprints with a fork on top of the cookies.
5) If using chocolate chips, add a few now.
6) Bake at 350º for 10 minutes
7) Cool on parchment paper (if you run out, use foil)
